Sleep App Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data Sleep App (the "App") collects, for what purposes, and how it is processed.

1. What data we collect

Account data — the email address used to sign in and recover access.
Child profile data — name, date of birth, gender, and a photo (optional), entered by the parent to personalize the sleep diary.
Sleep diary data — start and end times of sleep and wake periods, entered by the user.
Subscription and payment data — subscription status, plan type, purchase and expiration dates. We do not receive or store payment card details — these are handled by the App Store, Google Play, or YooKassa, depending on the payment method used. For auto-renewing plans paid via YooKassa, we store only an indirect token referencing the saved payment method (it does not contain the card number itself), used to automatically charge the next period — auto-renewal can be turned off at any time in the personal account.

2. How we use the data

to provide core functionality — sleep diary, statistics, recommendations;
to sync and back up data across devices (available with a premium subscription);
to process and confirm subscription payments;
to contact the user regarding their account or subscription.

3. Where data is stored

Data is stored in Google Firebase cloud infrastructure (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication). Subscription payments are processed via RevenueCat, the App Store, Google Play, or YooKassa — depending on the chosen payment method — each governed by its own privacy policy.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or share user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is only shared with service providers necessary for the App's functionality (Firebase, RevenueCat, payment processors), to the extent required for them to perform their function.

5. Advertising

The App does not display ads and does not use any advertising SDKs or trackers.

6. Data retention and deletion

Data is retained until the user deletes their account. An account and its associated data can be deleted from the app's settings, or by requesting deletion at the contact address below.

7. Children

The App is intended for use by parents or guardians to keep a sleep diary for their child. It is not intended for direct use by children and does not collect data directly from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
